ECOFOAM SYSTEMS

Redundantly designed, absolutely leakproof system for metering various blowing agents in plastic manufacture in combination with extruders. The metering flow of the blowing agent is controlled relative the extruder output. The system with integrated flow measurement and control unit is tested and available in several output sizes, ready for operation. LEWA ecofoam relies on the proven LEWA diaphragm pump technology. This means a precise, reliable and low maintenance operation is guaranteed for the non-lubricating blowing agent, even with high vapor pressure.
